The Rev. Julius Izza Tabi is a teacher and an Anglican Priest from the Province of the Church of Uganda in Ma’di and West Nile Diocese. He has served at the Arua Campus of Uganda Christian University as an assistant chaplain and a lecturer. As a priest, he is passionate in preaching the Gospel of the Lord Jesus for the salvation of mankind. Julius uses variety of methods to preach the Gospel, one of which is through his writings. He writes a daily devotion at his blog The New Dawn. He is the author of the popular;
Triumphing Over Odds in which Julius believes ones’ dreams are achievable but only if there are certain virtues rooted in the dreamer. Joseph Abraham Odongkara a veteran criminal lawyer in the United Kingdom writes in praise of this book;

Julius’ recent book is Suffering and Pain? Be not Anxious, God is in control in which Julius gives a pastoral insight on how Christians can manly face perilous times without drifting away from God. His desire in this book is to motivate Christians to be able to like Job say; “Praise be to God” even when hard pressed.
Julius is a candidate of Master in Religion, Society and Global Issues at MF Norwegian School of Theology in Oslo, Norway. He is interested in Christian Ethics. Julius, his wife Oliver and son Samuel live in Arua in the North West of Uganda.
